The Independent Sector is as critical today as ever before, yet the common factor differentiating high-performing organizations and the rest of the pack is the quality and consistency of their teams. Hiring is tough enough, yet attracting quality professionals is only the first hurdle. Team cohesion and retention are crucial to an organization’s ability to solve complex social challenges where the objectives span from enriching lives, to saving them.  “Where Leadership and Revenue Converge: Building a High Performing Team” offers a platform to discuss key leadership areas, including:

  • Understanding the influence of the “Trust Continuum”
  • The relationship between clarity of vision and momentum
  • How “showing them you care” translates to revenue

Cost: $40 Members | $55 Non-Members (Lunch Included)
