This workshop has been rescheduled from September 15, 2017.

Employee retention and recruitment is paramount for a successful organization.  Without a competitive rewards system, recruiting and retaining top talent becomes nearly impossible.  Keeping the mission at the center of the compensation structure, this workshop will provide discussion around:

  • The role of the compensation committee in designing a diverse rewards structure
  • How an organization's rewards program impacts its mission
  • The employer's role in providing healthcare benefits now and in the future
  • How to implement non-cash rewards into your organization's compensation structure

This workshop is ideal for Executive Directors, HR Directors, COOs, Executive Board members and Compensation Committee members.

In partnership with Employers Association Forum (EAF)

Cost: $80 members, $160 non-members
