Key dates:

Survey close date: March 31, 2018 at 11:59 PM

Who can participate?

Any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization can take the diagnostic at any time. However, we will look at Central Florida nonprofits for the purposes of the survey, particularly those operating within the counties of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole and Volusia with the exception of churches, schools, colleges/universities, hospitals and foundations.

Is my data confidential?

Responses to this survey will be kept strictly confidential and the data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. The survey will be compiled and analyzed by the Bridgespan Group, located in California. No one locally, including staff of the Edyth Bush Institute, will see the survey responses without your permission.

Who should fill out the report?

Your team! We suggest that you prioritize your leadership team, board members, leadership team, and staff to fill out the survey. One person from your organization should serve as the captain and that captain should input the email addresses for your team. That person can easily see if individuals have completed the survey and send quick reminder emails for completion from the portal. Please use your nonprofit organization’s name as the “Team Name.”

How do I complete the survey?

  1. Go to https://innovationsurvey.rockefellerfoundation.org/
  2. Click on "Take Diagnostic Survey."
  3. Then, complete all fields, and take the survey individually.

See slideshow below for details of the directions above. A video overview is available here >.

How long does the survey take to complete?

The report should take no more than 10-20 minutes to complete. It is very user-friendly.

How many organizations participate?

This is the first time offering this to Central Florida nonprofits. Our goal is to have 150+ organizations participate and we hope that you will be one of them!

When will I receive my results?

You can view your results immediately through your portal. The executive summary covering the aggregate results for Central Florida nonprofits will be available first at the Summit and then offered to the community.

I’m stuck. Who can I talk to?

Please contact Min Sun Kim at the Edyth Bush Institute at mkim@rollins.edu or 407-975-6414.
